Kenneth ADAMS (born August 6, 1897, Topeka, Kansas–died June 28, 1966, Albuquerque, New Mexico) studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and traveled to Paris prior to his arrival in New Mexico in 1924. Adams was elected to the Taos Society of Artists in 1926-and was its youngest, and last member. Adams work bears a strong modernist sensibility and the notable influences of Cezanne and Diego Rivera.
